What we collect

When you enquire, request a viewing, ask us to source a car or offer a car for sale, we collect the contact and vehicle details you choose to provide. If you allow optional analytics, we also collect anonymous page paths, entry source, referrer host, campaign labels, viewport width and approximate time spent. Security records use non-reversible fingerprints rather than storing raw passwords or IP addresses.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond, manage appointments, maintain a customer timeline, understand how the website is used and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell customer data.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Vercel and structured records and vehicle media are held in Supabase. Email delivery is used only when configured. Access to private CRM records and analytics summaries is restricted to the Affinix owner workspace.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as they remain necessary for the enquiry and business records. Anonymous analytics events are retained for site-improvement reporting. At launch, archive, export and permanent deletion are handled manually rather than applying an unconfirmed automatic retention period.
