These terms apply when you browse this website, contact Affinix Autos, request a viewing, ask us to source a vehicle or submit details about a vehicle you may wish to sell.

Website information

Vehicle details, availability, pricing and images are provided in good faith for information and discussion. A demonstration listing or an enquiry does not create a contract of sale. Details are confirmed with you before any transaction or appointment is agreed.

Appointments and access

Affinix Autos operates from a home-based facility and viewings are by appointment only. A request is not confirmed until we have contacted you and agreed the time. The private address and directions are shared only when an appointment has been approved.

Enquiries and submissions

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share. We may contact you using the details supplied to respond to your request and keep an appropriate business record.
